The latest disgorgement builds on the foundations of previous releases: the same plots, the same varieties, and the same rigorous precision. However, two elements set it apart: unlike earlier vintages, Pinot Noir now takes the lead (70%) over Chardonnay, and the proportion of réserve wine has been increased from 10% to 20%.

This higher proportion of réserve wine, combined with the revised blend, contributes to greater depth and character than in previous releases. The mousse is even creamier, and the nose more refined, revealing subtle notes of brioche and buttery pastry.
